Meet Our Panel of Experts:

Pam Lowe Cho

Pam is an Outdoor Executive Coach and ANFT-Certified Forest Therapy Guide who pairs leadership expertise with the restorative power of nature. After a distinguished career in corporate communications - including roles at Cintas, Fruit of the Loom, and even The White House - she founded Trek Executive Coaching, shifting much of her work outdoors during the pandemic. Through forest bathing walks and nature-based coaching, Pam helps individuals and groups reduce stress, regain clarity, and reconnect with themselves. Her work offers a calm, grounding perspective on how nature supports emotional balance, creativity, and overall well-being.

Jessica Morris, MBA, ATC

Jessica brings over 25 years of experience as a certified health coach, certified personal trainer, and board-certified athletic trainer, blending science, practicality, and heartfelt encouragement to help women build sustainable, joyful wellness routines. Her integrated approach supports mind, body, and spirit - guiding women in understanding their bodies, cultivating balanced habits, and embracing movement as a source of confidence and resilience. With a warm, empowering presence, Jessica meets women exactly where they are and helps them step into the new year feeling stronger, more grounded, and fully capable of thriving.

Amy Tobin

Amy Tobin is a dynamic leader with nearly 30 years of experience across media, events, food, and hospitality. Amy is known for her passion for creating experiences that don’t just entertain, but truly inspire, connect, and uplift communities. Through her innovative approach and collaborative spirit, she designs meaningful activations that spark unity, open doors to new opportunities, and leave a lasting impact. Many know her as  the voice behind the long-running radio show Amy's Table on Cincinnati’s Q102. She’s also the author of Amy's Table: Food for Family and Friends and her latest, Food for Thought - is a reflection of her belief that what nourishes us can also unite and inspire us.

Julie Hattershire, MSW, LISW-S

Julie brings 25 years of experience specializing in relationships and sexuality, offering women a compassionate, grounded approach to navigating connection in midlife and beyond. From her Clifton office and online practice, she helps individuals and couples heal, strengthen, and redefine their most meaningful relationships - romantic, familial, and personal. Known as a “fellow traveler,” Julie integrates into her own life the same principles she teaches her clients, bringing authenticity and relatability to her work. Her insight supports women in finding clarity, confidence, and deeper self-understanding as their lives and roles evolve.

Tina Neyer

Tina Neyer is an award-winning author and book coach whose writing has appeared in NPR, Soapbox Media, Kentucky Monthly Magazine, and other regional publications. She leads weekly writing circles and workshops that help women discover their stories, trust their voices, and navigate both the creative and practical sides of sharing personal writing. Currently seeking publication for her memoir The Afterthought, Tina draws inspiration from her rich family life, which includes a 1907 home, two beloved dogs, and a blended family of six children. Her warm, creative presence invites women to use expressive writing as a pathway to clarity, healing, and thriving in the year ahead.
