Strip Steaks with Three Pepper Rub
The best meals of summer come hot off the grill.
For great results every time, make sure to get your grill good and hot before you begin to cook. 15-25 minutes of pre-heat time is ideal. A properly heated grill sears food on contact, which prevents sticking. It keeps foods moist and add great flavor by caramelizing the surface.
The other thing preheating does is make it easy to scrape away charred debris. Invest in a long handled wire grill brush to make this job easy.
Of course even if your grill is clean and hot, it still makes sense to oil it to avoid sticking. Oil it with an oil soaked paper towel. Use tongs to rub the towel over the rack.
Take the same care with what you put on the grill, too Choose Certified Angus Beef Brand Beef. It’s the best beef you can buy. Need a little recipe inspiration?
