Salami and Goat Cheese Toasts with Truffled Arugula
Here’s a super simple party food (or light lunch) that is one of those examples of what happens when great tastes come together. Serve with a Rosé and taste how it compliments the salty spiciness of the salami.
Spread bread slices with softened goat cheese. Topped with folded salami. Toss arugula with a little truffle oil. Place a small amount of dressed greens on the salami. Sprinkle with grated cheese and a couple grinds of black pepper.
Slices of baguette or other good bread, lightly toasted
Softened goat cheese
Good quality salami, thinly sliced
