A lovely cocktail from the lovely Molly Wellman, of Japp’s.

Directions

Pour lychee in glass and muddle. Add lavender syrup, lime, vodka, gin. Add ice, shake, strain in fluted glass and top with champagne.


Yield: 1 drink

What's Needed:

 

RABBITT OVER THE MOON

1 lychee
1 1/2 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz lime
1/2 oz lavender syrup
top with champagne
