Casa Doro Cava Brut is crisp and clean with a medium body. Plenty of apple, pear and bright citrus flavors of lemons and limes. Sturdy and satisfying. This Spanish Sparkler is perfect for year round entertaining.

Juve Y Camps Brut has aromas typical of long ageing. It is wonderfully reminiscent of toasted bread with background hints of citrus. There is freshness and ripeness that suit the palate perfectly.

Argyle Brut is very robust of that plum and apple fruit settling on a multi-layer slab of slate-like minerality. The finish is rich, creamy and yeasty with ripe Pinot Noir fruit character toward the end of the palate.

Bollinger Brut  Special Cuvee is complex and elegant, evoking ginger, jasmine, citrus and honey aromas and flavors. It is accented by a biscuit and grain component coming as much from barrel fermentation as yeast aging. Very firmly structured and long.
