Parmesan Crusted Cod with Dilled Carrots

I love this quick and easy way to prepare baked fish.
Directions
Preheat oven to 450° F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Rinse and pat dry fish; place on baking sheet.
Combine mayonnaise and mustard; brush over fish. Season with salt and pepper. Combine crumbs and cheese; sprinkle on fish.
Bake, uncovered, 4 to 6 minutes for each 1/2-inch thickness of fish, until crumbs are golden and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Meanwhile, bring 1 cup water to boiling in a medium saucepan; add carrots. Reduce heat. Cook, covered, for 5 minutes. Uncover; cook1-2 minutes more or until crisp tender. Drain. Add butter and dill; toss. Serve fish and carrots with a green salad.

4 skinless cod fillets (about 1 ½ pounds)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
3 cups baby carrots
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill
