Nancy Kennedy’s Hollywood Wrap: Power Fruit Wraps

Nancy Kennedy trains some of Hollywood’s hottest stars- Julia Roberts, Halle Berry, Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Biel, Shakira and more. But you don’t need a zillion dollars to eat like an A-lister. In her book The Hollywood Wrap, Nancy  proposes a simple solution for time-starved gals who want to shed pounds pronto: Roll with it. The book contains 100 lean (and portable!) wrap recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack time.   Try this one, from the book.

Directions

Combine yogurt, cottage cheese and vanilla in a bowl. Add strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and prunes; mix thoroughly. Add granola and stir well.

Spread one-quarter of the filling in the middle of each tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border on the sides and bottom. Fold the bottom end of the tortilla up and over the filling, fold in both sides, and continue rolling.


Yield: Serves 4

What's Needed:

 

1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
2/3 c. fat-free cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. sliced strawberries
3/4 c. blueberries
1/2 c. seedless red grapes, sliced
1/4 c. diced prunes
3/4 c. low-fat granola
4 apple-cinnamon whole wheat tortillas (8-inch)
