Mini Double Chocolate Mousse and Raspberry Tarts
These little tartlets are just one more delicious way to use purchased tartlet shells, ganache and chocolate mousse.
I put a dollop of ganache in each little shell (I love the shortbread shells from Kroger) then a spoonful of raspberry jam (seedless is best) and finished by piping with chocolate mousse.
Here’s my mousse recipe. To make this super easy, just sneak out a few tablespoons of the ganache that is created when the cream and chocolate are melted together. Then proceed as directed for the mousse.
