Lobster Sliders
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
I love these little sliders! Supplementing the lobster meat with shrimp makes them more affordable. Skip the bread and serve a scoop on a bibb lettuce leaf or on endive spears.
Directions
Cut rolls almost all the way through.
Combine lobster and shrimp. Stir together dressing ingredients. Toss seafood with dressing to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
Fill each roll with a heaping tablespoon of filling. Serve.
