Whether you’re having a big bash or a couple friends over, it’s fun to serve a “greeter” as we call them at EQ. A “greeter” is a special cocktail or beverage that isn’t necessarily served all evening, but it sets a festive tone and welcomes your guests. Here’s one of my favorite cocktails, the Luscious Lemon Drop. Cheers!
Directions
Shake with ice, serve in a martini glass with a sugared rim, garnish with a lemon twist.
