Lemon Cups
Lemon cups filled with mousse, ice cream, sorbet or gelato make a beautiful finish to a meal, and are a great way to use every bit of a lemon after making lemonade. Clean out the insides, cut a small slice off the bottom of each lemon so they can stand up, and then toss them in the freezer (well wrapped in a ziplock bag) for up to a week or 2 until you’re ready to turn them into gorgeous little dessert cups. (If dessert’s not your thing, fill them with cocktail sauce and serve alongside shrimp cocktail.)
