Ham and Grilled Asparagus Salad

Directions
Brush asparagus with olive oil. Grill over medium-high heat, turning often, 8 to 10 minutes or until just tender. Cool; cut into bite-size pieces.
Combine salad, ham, croutons and grilled asparagus in large bowl. Toss with ranch dressing, to taste. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Top with hard-cooked egg wedges.

8 DOLE® Asparagus Spears, trimmed
Olive oil, as needed
1 pkg. (6 oz.) DOLE Butter Bliss or other DOLE Salad Blend
4 ounces thickly sliced ham, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup prepared croutons
Bottled ranch dressing, to taste
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
2 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and quartered
