Guinness Float

This is just like a root beer float, only with Guinness. The Guinness and ice cream alone are interesting but the magic happens with the addition of a little chocolate drizzle. Don’t serve a tall one- a little goes a long way. I suggest placing one generous scoop of vanilla ice cream in the bottom of a rocks glass; pour the Guinness over just to cover and then drizzle with a good quality chocolate syrup. If the ice cream is a little soft, good. If you want to stir it up a bit, even better. Cheers!
