Grapefruit Paloma

If you like a sweeter cocktail, add sugar or use bottled sweetened ruby red grapefruit juice.

 

Directions

Make in batches.

Combine 7 ounces grapefruit juice, 1/2 ounce lime juice, 2 1/2 ounces tequila, 1 ounce orange liqueur and a pinch of salt in a cocktail shaker. Shake over ice until chilled. Strain into two ice-filled margarita glasses (or mason jars!)

Garnish with a twist or slice of grapefruit. Repeat to make two more cocktails.


Yield: 2 cocktails

What's Needed:

 

14 ounces freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice, with pulp (about 3 medium grapefruits)
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
5 ounces reposado tequila
2 ounces orange liqueur
Pinch of salt
Garnish: grapefruit slices or twists
