Glazed Beef Kabobs
Who doesn’t love a kabob? For a simple yet spectacular meal, thread bite-size pieces of steak with the freshest seasonal vegetables. Glazing the kabobs make them extra special with minimum fuss. This glaze tworks well with any number of beef cuts and a variety vegetables.
Follow a few simple steps to grill up the best-ever kabobs. Make sure to preheat the grill. You want to get it sizzling hot. To keep the kabobs from sticking, brush or spray a light coat of oil on the grill grate before placing them on it. Since the marinade is has a high sugar content, brush it on during the last 10 minutes or so of cooking to prevent it from burning. A great way to prevent wooden skewers from burning is to lay a strip of foil across your grill and place the exposed ends of the skewers over the foild shield. Cook the kabobs with the lid down for best results. For more great grilling recipes visit Certified Angus Beef.com
