Gingerbread Apple Pizza

Here’s an alternative to the expected apple desserts. Thanks to Pam Walling for sharing.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Gingerbread crust: Place all dry ingredients in a food processor, pulse to mix. Add the butter and pulse until the mixture is crumbly. Drizzle the molasses and water over the dough. Pulse until the dough is moist. Press into a 12-inch pizza pan.
Apple Topping: Mix all dry ingredients together. Stir the butter in with a fork until crumbs form. Arrange apple slices over the crust in a spoke wheel pattern and sprinkle crumbs over the top. Bake for 45 minutes.

Gingerbread Crust
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 stick cold butter, cubed
1 Tablespoon molasses
2 Tablespoons cold water
Apple Topping
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 small box vanilla pudding, cooked type NOT instant
1 stick butter, melted
1-2 apples, peeled, thinly sliced (Gala or Golden Delicious)
