Ghoulish Pasta
For kids across the country, Halloween may well be the most anticipated night of the year. Costumes, candy, and the spooky excitement only Halloween can bring!
I love to add a little Halloween fun to my family’s meals and the pre-trick or treating feast is the perfect place to do it. The kids will howl if you stir a few drops of yellow and red food coloring into glasses of milk then stick jack o lantern faces made from black duct tape onto each glass. Slip a spider rings over their napkin and light the table with flashlights tucked inside pumpkin shaped trick or treating buckets. Flip on the flashlights and flip off the lights for a super-spooky supper then serve Ghoulish Pasta and meatballs made with Certified Angus Beef Brand ground chuck. Place two meatballs on top of a plate of pasta then place a slice of pimento stuffed olive on each meatball. The kids will love it when they look at their plate, and it looks right back at them!
