Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
I love making homemade gifts for the holidays. It’s become an annual tradition. Gifts from the kitchen means less time at the mall and more time at home, where the holidays really begin. Why not schedule a stay-in night to get cozy with a cup of cocoa, your favorite holiday play list and a plan to make delicious gifts from the kitchen. Here are a few of my favorite from Jif:
Peanut Butter Cocoa Cookies are a welcome holiday gift. You can fill a holiday tin or give just a few but everybody loves them. Here’s a cute way to package them: clear 2-piece holiday ornament can be found at any craft store. Pop in 3 cookies and tie on a holiday ribbon. If you’re having a party, hang cookie-filled ornaments on a table-top tree for a sweet little gift to give to friends.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Bites look adorable presented in seasonal mini muffin papers embellished with holiday sprinkles. Or turn them into pops by dipping lollipop sticks into melted chocolate before inserting into each cake bite. Let them set up in the freezer, then tie a slender holiday ribbon around each stick for a festive look.
Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge is the perfect gift for neighbors, co-workers or teachers. I like to put squares of fudge into mini-muffin papers and place them in small tins with clear tops. The containers show off the fudge inside and are great for storage when the fudge is gone.
