Classic Romaine with Country Ham, Apple, and Sour Cream Dressing

I’m preparing this salad on the IGA Meals in Minutes on WBKO in Bowling Green, Kentucky, as part of their Hometown Healthy Challenge.
Directions
Mix sour cream, vinegar, maple syrup, and mustard in a small bowl. Whisk in oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Combine salad blend, apples, pecans, and ham in medium bowl. Add dressing; gently toss to evenly coat.

2 red apples, cored and cut into cubes
1/2 cup pecans, toasted, coarsely chopped
8 oz. boneless ham, thinly cut into 1-inch long strips, about 2 cups
