Cheddar and Stout Fondue
Toss cheese with flour in large bowl.
Combine stout, apple juice concentrate and mustard in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Gradually add cheese mixture, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and smooth.
Thin with more stout, if needed. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Transfer fondue to bowl.
Serve with apples and bread chunks for dipping.
1 pound good quality cheddar cheese, grated
2 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour
3/4 cup Guinness Stout
6 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
