Breadsticks with Proscuitto and Arugula
When you’re asked to bring an appetizer, try these wrapped breadsticks. They couldn’t be easier to put together, and the finished look is a bit dramatic and chic. Their nice to serve with a bowl of soup, too.
Assemble them just before serving- too far ahead could cause the breadstick to get soggy.
Directions
Toss arugula with vinaigrette.
Lay on piece of proscuitto on a work surface. Mound some dressed arugula on one short edge, allowing it to extend a bit beyond the edge. Season with a grind of black pepper. Wrap around a breadstick. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
