“Blue Christmas” Cosmo

I made this recipe for the 2011 Greater Cincinnati Tour of Kitchens, presented by Junior League. The theme for my demo was “Blue Christmas” -inspired by both the song and this blue cocktail.

Directions

Frost the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with sugar. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine Absolut Citron, Blue Curacao, grapefruit juice, and sugar syrup. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Yield:	1 drink

What's Needed:

2 oz Absolut® Citron vodka
1 maraschino cherry
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz sugar syrup
