Blue Cheese Apple Jam Crostini

Directions

Slice baguette on an angle. Brush with a light coating of olive oil.
Top with a small tablespoon of blue cheese. Toast under broiler until cheese is melted and toast is lightly golden around edges, top with a teaspoon of Spicy Apple Garlic Jam and garnish platter with fresh thyme sprigs.
