Bitty Bats

Make these bitty bats in advance, but add their wings just before serving

Directions

Scoop cheese spread into 12-14 portions; roll each to create a round ball.
Roll and press each cheese ball into black sesame seeds.
Place 2 ripe olive slices on each cheese ball. Place a small piece of roasted red pepper into each olive slice to create eyes.
Insert 2 blue corn chips for wings.

Yield:	about 1 dozen

What's Needed:

1 pound good quality, firm cheese spread
Black sesame seeds
Sliced ripe black olives
Roasted red pepper, cut into a very small dice
Blue corn chips
