Author and cooking teacher Mary Karlin is a founding staff member of the award-winning Ramekins Culinary School in Sonoma, CA, where she has taught wood-fired cooking, cheese making, and Mediterranean-themed cooking classes for over ten years. She’s also a chef-instructor at Relish Culinary Center in Healdsburg, CA and Great News! Cooking Schoolin San Diego, CA, as well as at other prominent culinary venues around the United States. Mary’s acclaimed first book,Wood-Fired Cooking, was published in 2009, and her latest book is Artisan Cheese Making at Home.
