A riff on the French Kir Royale, our April Shower cocktail swtiches out the traditional black currant liqueur for Crème de Violette—yes, a violet flower liqueur. Add one finger’s worth of violette in a flute, then top with the delicious and ultra-affordable Casa d’Oro Cava Brut from Spain.
