The Art of Food, March 11 – April 15, 2011
The Art of Food is an annual exhibition of artistic culinary creations by visual artists and top chefs from the area. Artists use food as their inspiration to create works of art. Many of the pieces are actually made of food. Chefs use their creative powers to design unique dishes that are artistic and eatable for guests to enjoy. A great opportunity to engage your senses with a culinary experience, you’ll be taking about for months to come.

Celebrating its 5th year, The Art of Food features culinary inspired works of art by artists Eric Brass, Jonpaul Smith, Emma Teller, Sandra Gross, Leah Busch, Birgit Ehmer, Bruce Frank, MB Cluxton, Karen Saunders and Bill Ross as well as edible artistic creations by chefs with the area’s top restaurants.
Cost: Advance purchase tickets: $40.00 non-members; $25.00 Carnegie members | At the door: $50.00 non-members; $35.00 Carnegie members; Free after opening night
