Non-stop Confidence in 6 1/2 Steps

Listen to interview.

Jessica Selasky and her mother own Confidence Builders and she spends lots of time thinking about what needs to go into the training courses they offer. After doing the research–reading the books and articles and talking to the experts, Jessica and her mother boil it all down into “6 1/2 Step Programs”. They make their programs fun- in fact their corporate motto is “Laughter Precedes Learning”.

Jessica shared the 6 1/2 steps to “Non-stop Confidence”
