How to dress thinner
1. Choose the right size clothes- too big and too small both make you look heavier
2. Wear the right bra- the higher the boobs, the thinner you look
3. Wear heels- they visually stretch you -Don’t wear shoes with ankle straps- they shorten your look
4. Dress monochromatically- again, it stretches and elongates your appearance
5. Chose clothes with vertical lines ( buttons running down the front, princess seaming, vertical stripes) and v-necks which draw attention away from the center of the body
6. Longer pants make your leg look longer- hem them a bit longer and wear them with heels
7. Stay away from pleated pants
8. Patterns can hide bad parts and camouflage bumps and bulges- but keep the pattern in scale with your size- if you’re petite, keep the pattern small.
9. Wear belts at the smallest part of your waist and have it blend with your clothing color- high contrast cuts the elongating effect.
10. Show off the good parts- if you have great legs, wear skirts. Great shoulders, show them.
11. Stay away from satin- it reflects light and shows the bad stuff.

Position your body so you are at a slight angle to the camera. This is always more slenderizing than a pose that is straight on. Stand tall with your head slightly forward.
