Amy Tobin – Inspired Ideas
Amy Tobin is president of Taramy Enterprises, a company that provides expert product consultation, recipe creation and relevant media presentations for some of the best-known brands in food, culinary education and lifestyle entertainment.
A self-taught expert guided by decades of experience, Amy has established herself as a food and lifestyle consultant, media personality and corporate spokesperson.
Soon after she moved to Chicago from her native Michigan in 1985, Amy was literally tearing down walls — renovating a turn-of-the-century Victorian and forming her own interior design firm. When she moved to Cincinnati with her family in 1994, Amy applied at a kitchen supply store and soon after began running its cooking school.
By 2000, Amy was recruited by Procter & Gamble to serve as director of its Culinary Sol cooking school in Cincinnati. Amy, who acquired the school in 2002, devised the concept, hired the chefs, developed the curriculum and trained a staff of 30.
In 2003, Amy began working with Crisco as a brand consultant. Soon after, she founded Taramy Enterprises, her lifestyle consulting business.
Amy’s relationship with Crisco led to partnerships with J.M. Smucker (Jif, Martha White, Pillsbury), as well as with Dole, R.S. Hanline & Co. and Certified Angus Beef. She also is a consultant to Procter & Gamble’s consumer web site, Home Made Simple.
Her cookbook, “Amy’s Table: Food for Family and Friends,” was published in 2007.
Today, Amy hosts a weekly radio program, “Amy’s Table,” on Q102 FM (101.9). She also is the Culinary Director of EQ at the Party Source in Northern Kentucky and offers regular lifestyle tips and recipes on the weekly TV show HomeWoRx with Gary Sullivan, as well as on his radio show, At Home with Gary Sullivan, which airs on 152 stations.
Amy is the proud mother of two grown children and lives with her husband in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Taramy Enterprises is a lifestyle consulting business that works with major consumer brands to elevate product awareness. Founded in 2003, Taramy offers educational programs, product consultation, media representation and recipe/ content development.
Based in Cincinnati, Taramy works with some of the best-known brands in food, culinary education and lifestyle entertainment, including Dole, The J.M. Smucker Co., Procter & Gamble Co. and Certified Angus Beef. In addition, Amy hosts a weekly one-hour radio show, Amy’s Table, and is a regular on a variety of other radio and television programs.
